Picking up litter from school grounds, followed by cubmobiles and root beer floats

Family Fun Fair and Campout

Knights of Columbus Park 

Outdoor fun and games, hot dogs and s'mores over a campfire, tenting under the stars!

$5 per person 

Dinner will be hot dogs and chips, s'mores

Bring your own tent and sleeping gear.                                            

Gear is also available to borrow, let us know in advance.

Cake Bake Contest

McDevitt Hall

Bake a cake at home, and bring it in for a contest and to share!  Ice cream will be provided!

Judged categories will be sports, religious, scouting, superhero, nailed-it (bring a picture of your inspiration), and an open class where anything goes!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Sar Ko Par park, meet by the Caboose

Celebrate the holidays together as a Pack with hot chocolate, a scavenger hunt, and a Christmas treat as we take a stroll under the holiday lights at Sar Ko Par park.

PWD car inspection and drop-off

6:00-8pm

St. Joseph Carpeted Gym

Bring your ready-to-race car to be inspected to ensure it aligns with the official rules, which are listed at the bottom of this page.

Adjustments can be made if required during the inspection time, but cars must meet the requirements and be turned in by the 8pm deadline. 

No uniform requirement

Pinewood Derby

9am-noon, doors open at 8:30, first race at 9am sharp.

We will have a potluck dinner to celebrate the birthday of Scouting in the U.S., and give a farewell to our scouts that are moving on to a Boy Scout Troop!
